My name is Jennifer Culak, I am a Physical Therapist, Mom, and Military Spouse.  I have been a physical therapist for 15 years where I have practiced in various settings and have been blessed with the opportunity to provide physical therapy services to patients ranging across the lifespan.  Throughout my career, I have found that medical professionals across the spectrum of healthcare feel overwhelmed and overworked leading to compassion fatigue; and insurance regulations, rather than the experts, have become the driving force in healthcare delivery.  So, I decided to open my own clinic where I can practice with purpose-driven passion and deliver exceptional, comprehensive, effective, and compassionate care to my patients.

I currently provide in-person, physical therapy services for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries, disabilities, and chronic health conditions.  My lifestyle-medicine approach combines physical therapy and wellness, and together, we explore the connection between the two.  We take time to look at lifestyle behaviors such as diet, physical activity, sleep, social connectedness, and stress to determine how these factors may be impacting your recovery so you can begin to take back control of your health. 

​As my family currently lives abroad, physical therapy services are currently only available to members of the U.S. Diplomatic Community in our area.
